Coptic Mission established the Women Empowerment Initiative in 2020 to support vulnerable and marginalized women in Salgaa, Nakuru - Kenya in response to recognized challenges at the community level.

Through a holistic approach, the program provides psychosocial support, Mental Rehabilitation and livelihood training to help women transition toward sustainable and dignified livelihoods. Participants receive practical vocational training in areas such as tailoring, Cooking and sewing.
