Application Form

Please begin by taking some time to familarize yourself with the services that are available at our Mission, by browsing our website. Then, if you feel called to come serve in the Mission, proceed to filling out and submitting the Application Form attached below...
 
Step 1: Open the Appropriate Excel Application Form (attached below)
Step 2: Fill in your information
Step 3: Save the File, renaming it after your name (or group name)
Step 4: Send us the file by e-mail at getinvolved@copticmission.org
 
Note: If you are a group coming with a priest or spiritual leader, please use the Application Form for Groups. Otherwise, fill out the Individual form for each person. Thank You.
